BISCUIT BITCH – BREAKFAST IN SEATTLE

Pardon my French, but this breakfast place in Seattle is definitely worth mentioning.

When I was planning my first-ever trip to Seattle in 2019, I came across a bunch of different cafés and restaurants, but Biscuit Bitch hands down caught my eye. Without even reading reviews or checking the menu, I knew I had to go, obviously because of the name.

Turns out, the food was delicious and believe it or not, the atmosphere was fun and inviting. I would definitely go back.

Biscuit Bitch is a breakfast hotspot infused with southern hospitality and the word “bitch” casually thrown around (in a lighthearted way). The café labels itself as “Trailer Park to Table,” noting the food isn’t fancy, but it’s homemade, filling, and well-priced. A sense of humor goes a long way when visiting, but nonetheless, the staff were upbeat and friendly and made it a great experience.

The menu has items like biscuits, gravy, grits, sausage, SPAM, egg sandwiches, and “kickass” espresso. When my sister and I visited, we both ordered the “Bitchwitch,” a delicious egg sandwich on a biscuit with cheddar cheese, sausage, and “Bitchy Sauce.”

The owner of Biscuit Bitch describes the café as “a place where locals mingle with tourists and nobody feels uncomfortable asking for directions to the Space Needle.”

Biscuit Bitch has become a popular breakfast spot in Seattle. When we visited, we waited outside on line for about 30 minutes before we could go in and order, but it was totally worth it. Due to this and the COVID-19 pandemic, I highly recommend checking out Biscuit Bitch’s site and planning your trip accordingly.
